If the origin of the transported cargo belongs to a country other than the European Union, T1 declaration must be used. A T1 declaration is required for export shipments of a bonded goods departing from Turkey to EU and EFTA countries that are parties to the Common Transit Regime. Thanks to the ETGB (Electronic Trade Customs Declaration) integration, we carry out all customs declaration transactions of goods sent/incoming as mail or fast cargo via NCTS Hub, in an electronic environment without the need for paper output.
If the origin of the transported goods belongs to a European Union country and this goods is to be unloaded to any EFTA or third country that is a party to the Common Transit Regime, T2 declaration must be used in this transport. For example, when a cargo originating from the EU arrives in Turkey from Germany, T2 declaration is used.
If the transported goods depart from Turkey and provide a destination within Turkey, the TR declaration must be used. For example, TR declaration is used for goods arriving at Erenköy Customs Directorate by moving from Pendik Customs Directorate.
